HIA, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform built for hospitality, is yet again the recipient of Acumatica’s prestigious Vertical Innovation award. At the Acumatica Summit 2026, held in Seattle, Washington from January 25th-28th, over 3000 attendees gathered in the capital of global cloud computing to celebrate Acumatica’s innovative, AI-driven business technology. 

Out of hundreds of ISV’s in the Acumatica ecosystem that have implemented Acumatica for their industries, five finalist companies were selected, with Hotel Investor Apps, Inc., makers of HIA, emerging as the 2026 Vertical Innovation winner. The Vertical Innovation award honors the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partner that best leverages the Acumatica ERP platform to deliver deep vertical functionality for their industry.

This is the 4th year in a row that HIA has been recognized by an award by Acumatica, with previous wins in the Vertical Innovation category as well as the Development Excellence category. At the Summit, Acumatica leadership shared their development roadmap plans focused on leveraging AI capabilities to further enhance ERP business technology.
