We are seeking a Customer Support Specialists to serve as the primary point of contact for customers using our HIA ERP and accounting software, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving software issues across core accounting functions — including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation — while analyzing financial data to identify root causes and guide clients through best practices. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills and brings accounting or technical support experience.
