We are excited to share some of the highlights of new features built by our in-house development team in Q1 2025. As you may know, at Hotel Investor Apps (HIA) we are committed to continuous innovation – keeping our customers at the forefront of hospitality technology, and have an ongoing development roadmap.
In Q1 the team built new software integrations, made platform enhancements for better ease of use, and further strengthened our robust security. Some of the highlights include:
New & Enhanced Integrations
HIA expanded available 3rd party software integrations by adding 2 new tightly integrated solutions, as well as enhancing some existing integrations. New integrations include:
UKG
UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a leading provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) and payroll solutions. Headquartered in the US, UKG serves over 80,000 customers across 150 countries. UKG offers a comprehensive suite of HCM and payroll solutions designed to enhance workforce productivity and employee experience. This new HIA integration with UKB pulls in payroll data for both accounting and labor business intelligence purposes.
WebRezPro
WebRezPro is an award-winning hospitality property management system (PMS) trusted every day by more than 2,000 properties worldwide. The cloud PMS software helps users simplify overnight lodging operations and maximize direct bookings. This new HIA integration with WebRezPro expands our already extensive list of PMS providers.
Enhanced Existing POS Integration with Micros Symphony
The development team worked with the existing Micros Symphony POS integration to make it richer with additional data points.
Platform Enhancements
General platform improvements were made in multiple areas to increase customer ease of use and productivity. Some of these include:
- New 1099 forms launched in January in time for tax season, to facilitate a new 1099 digital tax filing option with partner Avalara.
- Enhanced system messaging created for Daily Report entry and setup status to improve ease of use.
- Security enhancements deployed including enhanced firewall security and database protections.
The Development Roadmap Going Forward
The HIA development team is working on continual enhancements and innovations for our hospitality ERP & Accounting platform. The road map for Q2, Q3, and Q4 2025 includes more exciting new integrations, more user-experience enhancements, and business intelligence updates. We look forward to sharing those new capabilities with users during the coming months.
